[Walkin' the dog]

i like this reversal of the traditional power dynamic between smithers and burns, but also how it can represent smithers relationship to mr burns as a dog he carries in his mind that weighs him down. also the weird creepiness and soft smoothness of the lines are good,the holding a baguette is great because it makes it seem like hes is bringing mr burns dog with him to go shopping or some shit but who brings a dog shopping for a baguette anyways? unless they went to a street market. anyways awesome drawing

this is clean, compact enough with a good composition/balance of shapes. i know its not that deep but since the title is chonk it looks like you fit the aesthetic well. i could maybe nitpick that this dude should have more color or webbing between his neck and shell because it would look more natural or nice there but honestly this is probably the pokemons design and i dont even know if its a pokemon or not for sure xD

Yer I feel like I should have put a little more on the neck. But yer it's a Torkoal. I tend to make the pokemon I do a little different from the base designs because it's more fun that way. But thanks for the feedback!

the colors on this are really nice. i think more people might be drawn to it if you blend the lines that look like was part of your outline sketch into something that makes it look more finished/polished even though i like it a lot how it is. the outlines on this one really contain and capture the colors especially around the hair really nicely and would be cool to see you use more outline work to encapsulate and show off how rad the colors are because it catches the eye more this way. upload more !!!

Its really nice and clean with perfectly simple lines, would maybe be good to have more detail somewhere that doesnt compromise how polished it seems, or polish in a way that gives it more depth while maintaining its conceptual simplicity, also background or something other than just blank white could be cool for this, i like this a lot and for the sake of the review actually didnt vote as high as i would if i was just mindlessly scrolling around and dropping votes on things so its pretty cool (not to mention funny)

Thank you for taking the time to give some criticism, I agree with it too! See, I really would have loved to do a background, the only problem is that the coloring didn't fill the lines up completely as you can see. So when I tried to give it a background, the light look you see now would be mixed up with a darker color. I don't know, I guess I could have just copied the white or made a white background under the color to keep that nice look.

And yeah, I think a few more petals would have been good to give it some more detail!

[Symbiote Specimen #2: Carnage]

This is really cool. I love how the containment / bubble to protect the art blends together as one thing, it makes the preservation of the art seem a lot more conceptually functional.
this reminds me a ton of this dude called something dinobot i used to watch on youtube years ago, who did really cool custom symbiote toys. cant find his channel now which is a shame.
really nice detail work, I think its really creative the way he is just sort of a slime goop pile but with a neck and head with jaws coming up

I didn't really think about protecting the sculpture, rather make it look like a containment cell for the alien. But considering how fragile Carnage here is, I;'m glad it does that.
