What kind of habits have you been keeping lately? I find that drinking in the evenings makes me feel clear headed the next day. Sometimes like 3-5 drinks of cheap light beer or whatever. But also like idk, exercise, watching tv or cartoons, those all can be habits that effect us positively or negatively too, right?
