bro 6 hours is such a long time you’ve already wasted 25% of your day. why not just sleep for 2920 hours in the first day and chill for the rest of the year

each month this year I have had extended bouts of fatigue. Be it from depression/anxiety, working too much, or something systemic probably all three. I've been sleeping double digit hours often which is not good. The bed is the floor of the ocean, the sheets soft waves that are armor against a f*cked up world and dreams my heroin.
Heres to hopin we get thru this ok
